| I created a test alert a month or so ago. Two days ago (Monday), I edited the title and the message that goes in the email of a monthly alert that checks every first of the month. Today I received an alert that contains the old title and email message for that monthly alert. When can I see the new title and email message in the alert that I edited? Should I have created a new alert? |

Hi Florencia To be honest I think you've got different alerts mixed up as this simply can't happen. (Sorry no gentle way of saying that!). I remember that the last time we spoke you had two different accounts and that you had logged on using one and were wondering where the alerts that you had setup on the other were - could this be similar? |
