Home → Reminder 365 → Changing the alert "sender"

Hi there, Is there any way to change who the alert appears to be sent from? Right now, it is sent from "Operations," which our team members won't recognize (i.e., they might mistake the reminders for junk mail). Please let me know if changing the "From" is possible with these alerts. Thanks, Anna |

Hi Anna, The alerts come from whatever name you used for your site - so in this case "Operations". This is the same scheme as SharePoints built in Alert Me emails use and can't be changed. You can however put your own "Reply To" address in. |
