Email Reminders Not Being Sent


I am using the free version of Reminder 365, the application is not sending the email to the respective members since 14-08-2015.

Is there any change in the policy for the free version?

Erm I don't understand - no emails since 14-08-2015? Like Today?

I don't understand your question then. I see two alerts in your account and both have ran today and sent emails today.

Can you elaborate please?

The apps shows that the reports have run but they were not received in the recipients Outlook accounts.It seams to be working ok today, but I'll monitor it for the next couple of weeks to see if it happens again. Thanks for your quick response mate.
