Hi, since a view days i receive a message/error of reminder 365, that the Login is invalid. befor this error the solution run very well. MSG: "Sorry, there's been a problem. The support team has been alerted. " this error is only shown in the Login for the public SC i use the reminder also in the private site collections without errros. pls. help. thx |

Hi Stefano, You're using the old method of giving Remidner 365 the username/password rather than the new 'app model' method. It looks like the password for your public site has changed or expired and you haven't updated it in Reminder. If you log in to Reminder 365 and click on Sites / Logins you will be able to update the password. |
