Reminder in Retrying then Error state


Hi,
I've got an alert that is in retrying state. It worked a few times a few weeks ago, and now it's not.
I didn't change anything so I don't really understand why it's not working ...
Do you have any ideas ?

Reminder is getting an "Accès refusé." error from your SharePoint site - so someone has remove the permissions you granted to Reminder.

Can you follow the steps here to add permissions for Reminder back into your top level site

As far as I know the only way this would happen is if an someone on your site manually removed permissions - its not something that Reminder 365 has any control or access over.

How do you remove permissions from an app ? I don't remember doing this ... I have been working on user permissions lately, but I don't think that should have any impact on the R365 permissions, right ?

Anyway, I guess it's fine now since it's working. I'll let you know if I get any more issues. Thanks !

There are a few ways
- removing the app from Site Contents
- Site Settings > Site Collection App Permissions
- Site Settings > Site App Permissions
And somewhere in the main admin console (though I forget what its called now).

User permissions shouldn't effect this though - unless its an undocumented 'feature' of SharePoint online!

Umm.. yeah so it's definitely not something I or anyone did myself. Maybe it just happened for these particular reminders (it was the case for three, for the same list). Anyway if I see any other issue I'll try to post another message here :) Thanks for the help!
