Home → Reminder 365 → App No loger Accepts Login Credentials
| The reminder app will no longer allow us to update our credentials successfully. Our passwords expire every 90 days and I changed mine 5 days ago then I remembered that I needed to update it in the reminder app. I put in my new password and it says that it is not valid. I've been trying for 2 days now. |

| Interesting development. The old password still works and the emails go out successfully. Why doesn't the app recognize the new password? |

Hi Charles, I've looked at your account and see that you're using the old 'direct' login for BPOS (before the 'app' model version for the latest version of SharePoint Online). Therefore you have two usernames/password - one to login to R365, the other for SharePoint - I am assuming that you got the two mixed up? Regardless I can see that your alert is now working again. |
